O’Devaney Gardens, Dublin

Sweco Ireland is playing the key role of Assigned Certifier for the O’Devaney Gardens redevelopment in Dublin – a hugely significant 1,000+ home project that will be one of the most sustainable schemes in Europe.

Sweco Ireland’s Building Control team are proud to be overseeing Assigned Certifier duties for the O’Devaney Gardens redevelopment in Dublin, which will deliver 1,044 new homes in the heart of Dublin city. When complete, 50% of the A-rated homes will be delivered to Dublin City Council for social and affordable housing.

The Lord Mayor of Dublin Daithí de Róiste comments:
